2. Data we collect

When you purchase an eSIM plan, we collect:

• Your name and email address (provided at checkout)
• Payment data — processed by Stripe, we never see your card number
• Technical identifiers: eSIM ICCID, Stripe session ID
• IP address (for fraud prevention and rate limiting)

When you contact us, we store your name, email, and message content.

3. How we use your data

• To deliver your eSIM QR code by email
• To provide customer support
• To comply with legal obligations
• To prevent fraud and abuse

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Third-party processors

Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy

eSIM Go — our eSIM technology provider. They receive your plan order to generate the eSIM. No personal data beyond what's needed to deliver the eSIM is shared.

5. Data retention

Order records are retained for 5 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. Contact messages are retained for 2 years. You may request deletion at any time (subject to legal retention requirements).

6. Your rights

Under GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, object to processing, and data portability. Email contact@esimmaroc.com to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We use no advertising cookies. The only cookies used are strictly necessary session cookies for security purposes (e.g., the admin panel).

8. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers. We apply rate limiting and access controls to protect stored data.
