How do I activate my Morocco eSIM? +
After your purchase, you'll receive a QR code by email. Go to Settings → Mobile Data → Add a line, then scan the QR code. The eSIM activates automatically when you arrive in Morocco.
Is my phone compatible? +
eSIMs are compatible with most iPhones (XS and later), Samsung Galaxy (S20+), Google Pixel (3+) and other recent unlocked devices. Check your phone →
When does my plan validity start? +
The plan starts at your first connection to the Moroccan network. You can install the eSIM before departure without starting the timer.
Is the data really unlimited? +
Yes — no fixed cap. As with any mobile network, very intensive use during peak hours may temporarily reduce speeds. This is standard for all operators.
I didn't receive my QR code? +
Your QR code appears immediately after payment and is sent by email. Check your spam folder. You can also request a resend on our dedicated page.
Can I keep my WhatsApp number? +
Yes! Your physical SIM stays active for calls and WhatsApp. The Morocco eSIM only handles your high-speed mobile data. Both work simultaneously.
