marketing eSIM services

invoicing
payment processing
customer support.
The service consists of the sale of prepaid eSIM cards providing access to mobile Internet in Morocco through partner telecommunications operators.
After order validation, the customer receives:
an eSIM QR code
installation instructions
activation parameters.
The eSIM is installed directly on the customer’s compatible mobile device.
The customer is responsible for verifying that their device is compatible with eSIM technology before purchasing.
Devices generally compatible include, in particular:
iPhone XS and later versions
Samsung Galaxy models compatible with eSIM
Google Pixel devices
other eSIM-compatible smartphones.
An indicative compatibility list is available on the website.
No refund will be granted in the following cases:
incompatible device
device locked by a mobile operator
device not supporting local networks.
Certain offers are marketed under the name Unlimited Lite.
These offers are subject to a Fair Use Policy.
Operating conditions:
beyond this limit, the connection remains active but at reduced speed.
Performance may vary depending on:
geographic location
network quality
network congestion
device capabilities.
The seller does not guarantee:
full network coverage
a minimum connection speed.
To place an order, the customer must provide:
first and last name
email address
payment information.
The order becomes final after payment confirmation.
The eSIM QR code is automatically sent by email after payment validation.
Prices are displayed in euros including VAT.
Payment is made online via:
credit card
Apple Pay
Google Pay.
Payments are processed through the secure Stripe platform.
Banking data is never stored by KOKO L’ASTICOT.
The applicable price is the one displayed on the website at the time of the order.
eSIMs constitute digital content delivered immediately after purchase.
Once generated, the QR code is considered delivered.
The QR code is:
personal
unique
non-transferable.
Any reproduction or sharing is strictly prohibited.
An eSIM installed on a device generally cannot be transferred to another device.
Deleting the eSIM profile from the phone may prevent any reinstallation of the service.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately.
Once the eSIM has been generated, no refund can be issued, except in exceptional circumstances.
The duration of the plan begins:
upon the first connection to the mobile network
or
according to the conditions specified in the offer.
The duration is expressed in consecutive calendar days.
The customer agrees to use the service in compliance with applicable laws.
Any abusive or fraudulent use may result in:
suspension of the service
termination of the connection.
Connection sharing may be:
allowed
limited
unavailable.
These limitations may be imposed by telecommunications operators or by the device used.
The seller shall not be held liable for:
network interruptions
limitations imposed by telecommunications operators
technical incompatibilities.
The seller’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the concerned eSIM.
The seller shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure including:
network disruptions
natural disasters
events beyond its control.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
The competent courts are those of Marseille, France.
